O thought I was over the idiosyncracies of menopause,but just now, I'm laying my on my bed with YT music of the 80s listening to someone's upload of Queen's Radio Ga Ga & singing along & suddenly I'm bawling like a baby!! 😭 & I don't know why! Is normal or do I need to plan on finding a psych? Will it get worse? Or better with time?

Well, my sister in the struggle, I wish I could say it will get better. Hey been there done that! The ladies on this site shared with me when I had my teary days. I was told to bawl, cry, etc. No you are not crazy but a therapist has helped me with my hormonal twists. Don't forget to rock on!🤘

Thanks! I was afraid I was starting to lose it. That's never happened to me before. Not even when the menopause first hit when I turned 51. All that was was a lot of sweating while I slept & soaked bedsheets.

Dear OneLump22, It is really funny to read your entry ,just now. Within the past hour, I was crying at the Shoprite! I was trying to tell someone that I think that nurses are the angels on this earth and I couldn't get it out without making a scene. It is my layman's opinion that all these drugs we are on removes the careful social shields we have to [protect us from all this blubbering. I also say that we are entitled to let it rip..

How about bawling to “It’s the Brick House” 😂😂 My husband thought I was having a boyfriend flash back or worse yet reliving fat shaming from high school. It was neither though I am built like a brick sh*t house. 😂😂😂😂 Only because of my broad swimming shoulders and German heritage. Still …. It’s the Brick House ! Lol
