When l go back on ibrance 125 .after 7 day break ...l go through the bad night sweats for 3...4 nights then it's over

Now on 100mg just started new

Hoping it will fad out ....

Does anyone else on 100mg

Get the night sweats for a few days

Also hoping it will ease up.on the stiff back.

I have been on Ibrance (palbociclib) for over two years. I was on a dose of 100 mg per day and just last month my dose was lowered to 75 mgs. I was told it would be as effective as the higher dose but I would experience less tiredness. My neutrophils at the end of each 21 day cycle were barely adequate to start my next cycle so that is why they lowered the dose. It is only a month since I have been on the lower dose but I do think I have more energy. I never experienced any night sweats on Ibrance - ever - even in the beginning. I think you should definitely mention that side effect to your oncologist. I hope you can stay on Ibrance because it seems to be really helping me.
