This coincides with the evidence of longevity without disease from the Blue Zones research and diet.Personally, I am vegetarian, eat a plant-based diet, and the dairy I eat is very little, always organic, and mostly from goat's milk or sheep's milk cheese.
I hoffe it makes a difference--I certainly feel better eating this way.
