Fulvestrant and Kasqali combo - and back pain??

Fulvestrant and kasqali combo. Does anyone have severe lower back pain associated with either/both these medications?

Hi, Karen! I’m on Fulvestrant monotherapy. Lower back pain comes and goes. I take two Tylenol morning and evening. It does help a bit. God bless you!

Thanks for the information. Does it reduce over time. I had my injections Wednesday and today, Sunday, the back pain is possibly worse?

Yes, Karen, I have found that it does lessen. It seems to become a bit intermittent. For me, it seems to lessen when I am up and moving around. Hope you find relief. XXOO Linda

Yes, I have found that too. It is now 4 days since the injections and I am feeling a bit better. I really appreciate you replying. How long have you been on the Fulvestrant?

Since August 2020, so about 9 months. Prior to that, I had been on Ibrance and Letrozole for 34 months. After some mild progression, I was switched to Fulvestrant. I'm glad to hear you're feeling better, Karen!

I do have lower back pain and tailbone pain on fulvestrant and I have read it is one of the side effects. Praying your pain lessens soon
