Do any of you take a cbd oil for aches and pains? My mum has advanced metastatic breast cancer and we have been advised to try cbd oil from Holland an Barrett. I just went online to have a look and there are so many different types I am unsure on which one to try? I’d be great full of any help. Thanks

I take CBD oil with no THC. CBD won’t make you high. I would recommend a good quality perhaps read Joe Tippens blogg. He makes a referral for purchasing CBD oil as part of his protocol that cured him of cancer.

I take cbd occasionally just to relax me. But I don't know if it is does anything because I don't notice much of an effect. I don't have much pain - very little. But lately I have some lower back pain and a bit of discomfort in my neck. I also have osteoporosis so maybe my spine is deteriorating. I hope not. I have refused bone strengthening drugs because I have heard very negative things about them. I am going to check out Joe Tippens Blog because the Red Bud CBD I take might not be enough. Thank you for your post. If I learn more I will get back to you. Hugs Vienna.

I’m not sure how effective it would be buying from high street shop. My daughter had TBBC and had someone make it for her grade 1/1. It certainly helped her with pain management and sleeping.

Hi Bobbie- I take CBD and use a great company Charlottes Web... they have high quality product and a lot of educational info on their website. I’ve been using it for a year and think it has helped aches and pains in knees a lot!

I use the 7mg if I need it during the day-/ and I use the 69 mg at night. Side benefit is it also helps sleep! Let me know if you have other questions.

Wow that’s a lot of difference between the 2. X

With the oils you can adjust with more or less drops. It has been easy for me to figure out what works for me. Other than being relaxed or sleepy I have not had other side effects.

I erroneously wrote 69 mg— meant 60 mg.

I am using CBD oil, I consulted with a Medical marijuana Dr. She prescribed a 24-1 product so per ml 24 mg CBD and 1 mg of THC. I started at .5 ml and remained at that level 3 x a day. Noticed less aches and much needed sleep. Don’t like how sleeping pills make me feel.
