Need to change user name

I just signed in again after rebooting my computer and stupidly changed my user name. I’d like to return to my original one for more anonymity.

Go to your profile page. Click on the account setting motor looking icon on the top right. It gives you the option to change your username. Good luck!

Thanks so much for answering....I tried it, but I have no icons in the upper right corner and no setting icons anywhere...I must have a different layout somehow.

Try it on your mobile phone app instead of your desktop.

Hi,

Under settings (the little gear icon) you will be able to change your username if you scroll to the bottom of the page and make sure you save the changes. I hope this helps.

I’m using an iPad, and haven’t been able to find a settings icon on my profile page or anywhere! I don’t have this app on my phone....

If you click your avatar, it should have a dropdown menu that shows the settings icon

It just offers me things to do with the photo, no setting icon. I think computers see me coming...

Hi, I've just checked on my iPad. If you click on Profile in the lower right hand corner you should see the gear icon in the top right corner of your profile page. If you click that you can choose General and then Username on the next menu. Good luck!
