So as most of you’s know my mum is responding well to taxol so her oncologist is giving her another 9 seeing as though it’s working.. if scans are still stable, nead etc then what treatment or treatments would she go on to after she has completed taxol Thanks Natasha ❤️

Hi Natasha

Usually treatments continue as long as there is stability. Drugs get changed when they stop working or if a patient can not tolerate it. Stability is great♥️♥️🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

First, I'm so glad the taxol is working. Secondly, I agree with the other two replies. I was also on taxol, but asked to switch (although is was working) because of the neuropathy that was getting progressively worse. I kept hearing how sometimes it's not reversable and I didn't want to have this sensation in my feet forever. I'm not on taxotere and I don't have those side effects, but I've traded for others.

It's easy to want to know what's next. One thing this experience teaches me is to be okay with the not knowing and bow to the present moment.

It's really great that you get on here for your Mum.

How are you doing?
