Well we’re in our gorgeous rented villa but it’s chucking down with rain..ugh

Can see the island of Capri from my balcony..forecast better for latter part of week...ah well I’ll just have to eat and drink wine then

Omg you are on the Amalfi Coast!!!! I’d stand in the rain with a glass of wine and inhale that view no problem. Was there last year. Italy feeds the soul. Not hard on the stomach either.

In two weeks my husband and I are going to Delaware to see some developments. I have to sit down with social security to figure out health insurance. My husband had an interview for a consultant job. We also need a financial planner to help us crunch numbers because w e can’t dI it by ourselves. I plan to work at least another year but I am eager to move forward with this. Thanks for asking.

My friends and I are in Todi 2hours north of Rome in a beautiful restored house. Also raining daily here but do very beautiful. Enjoy your trip -we are certainly enjoying ours

Hi there

I was I. Rome last September...we have a lovely villa..my daughters and other halves are with us..rain stopped this afternoon so we pottered in to Sorrento and had lunch and a walk round the port..had an aperol spritz!!.. and ice cream...the Italians make the best ice cream imo

Going to Pompeii and walk up Vesuvius tomorrow then maybe some sunbathing..weather disappointing

Yay for you! I just love Italy. Yes, enjoy the fabulous fresh vegetables, pasta and wine. When we visited Tuscany in April, my husband ate an entire bistecca. The chef & owner were so amused that they took their photo with him. He’s not a glutton, he just fondly remembered bistecca from our Florence trip 8 years ago. 😀. Enjoy! You deserve it!
