A great way to start Holy Week-WBC’s remain stable. 15-3 came down to 441 from 578. Will wait 1 more week than restart 2nd cycle at 100mg. Thanks for all the information from previous posts on this awesome site.

Good for you - that's a big drop! I'm almost on the same schedule...finished my first Ibrance at 125mg on March 20, now waiting an extra week before starting back at 100. Here's to stable counts and dropping markers!

Hope your numbers are good so you can start at 100mg - my 15-3 has always been high with an average around 200 so when I got to 578 it was time to switch- got 3 years on my previous drug Xeloda- hope to get at least that on ibrance.

3 years at least! My 15-3 went up by 100’s since January, up to 313. This week it’s down to 270 so going in the right direction. My ND oncologist said not to worry so much about the actual number but for stability at whatever level——and they will always bounce around a bit.

Yes they do bounce- but my Dr. Likes to see a trend before he orders a scan. Had 4 increases- bone and CT - bone showed progression- thus the switch.
