Hi Julie

It was me!! I live in UK

The company is called “Insurancewith”.. I used them for a single holiday to Italy shortly after diagnosis..and it was around £45... I then was invited to go to Dpain so enquired about annual cover and it was about £100 for the year...very good I think

I think we’re taken advantage of with insurance companies...we are less likely to drop dead than someone with heart trouble or other things

Get an annual policy and get holidaying !!.. I’m going to..Italy next month for starters and maybe Madeira later

BrillIant! Thanks, the big companies have given silly quotes for a week in Rhodes in June - one was more than the cost of the holiday! I knew I'd looked at one last year recommended on here that offered reasonable rates, just couldn't remember the name :-)

The company was set up by a lady with bread cancer who couldn’t get reasonably priced holiday insurance

The only grumble I have is having to wait for ages to be connected to an advisor so just be aware

Just done it online - cheaper than my husband's who did his through the travel company! Lots of detailed questions but very happy about that as I know they know exactly what the situation is :-) thanks again!
