Yeast infection

Hi Ladies...wondering if any of you have had any problems with yeast infections after being on Ibrance for several months, or after having scans done that had radiation injections? It seems I have a problem with it after every radiation injection, probably as it is being dispelled from my body. Usually it lasts a couple days...this time it has lasted a couple weeks. Getting frustrated....heading to the drug store now!

I’m on my fifth month of Ibrance. For the last six or seven weeks I’ve noticed vaginal itching burning discomfort. Any Suggestions on how to treat it externally. Thanks

Hi Gwennie...I finally went to the drug store and bought Monistat cream. It is a vaginal yeast infection cream. Comes in 1, 3, or 7 day doses. Druggist recommended the 7 day dose to get rid of it completely, but

I know so women who use the 3 day dose and have success. Messy, but it does work. I haven’t had a yeast infection for years. Not fun! I am on 7 th month of 125 mg dose of Ibrance. Sure wish I could say I was about done with all of this, but that might be wishful thinking.

I’m on 9th month ibrance with same issue. I agree the monistat 7 day works. Good luck and I hope you get relief. It’s been frustrating for me too -but the improvement I’ve seen thus far outweighs the side effects for sure!
