Smoked my last cig the day I was diagnosed back in 1999. Went thru all that surgery, chemo radiation and was cancer free for 17 great years. 2 years now stage 4 and firmly believe that stopping smoking was one of best things I ever did for my body. This time around I have stopped consuming alcohol with the exception of maybe a glass of red wine once every 6 weeks or so. Cancer loves alcohol or I should say the sugar in it.

No I don’t but I did smoke I hope I won’t get arrested, Pot when I younger. Wish I had it now for appetite and Nausea.🤪
