I'm an MBA student at UCLA Anderson, and I'm doing my master's thesis on oncology to provide better treatments and tests to cancer patients.
In order to deeply understand patients' decision-making journey on choosing the treatments, I am doing a 15~20 minutes interview (zoom or phone). I really need your experience and insight❤️
Your time and opinion would be really appreciated.
Please leave a comment or DM me if you are interested!
I could do either a phone or zoom interview. I'm in the Eastern time zone, 3 hours later than
California. Education is a very high value in my family and I understand the importance of research. I'm a long timer with denovo metastatic lobular cancer, E+ P+, her2- at diagnosis in 2004. I trained as a bc patient advocate and have learned all I can about bc and mbc, to help me cope.
I hope you get other volunteers here.
Hope you can continue working in the cancer care field.
There needs to be integration of surgery with complementary treatments, acupuncture, herbs such as andrographis, curcumin, French grapeseed extract, meditation, massage, sauna. These treatments are dismissed for lack of research but they are science-based! See Nathan Crane's award winning documentary & you will learn a lot
