Greetings! I seen the Oncologists today. The Cancer is Triple Negative Stage 3. Referrals have been made to get authorization for treatment (chemo therapy and immunotherapy ). I look forward to starting treatment on August 18th. I've also been referred to receive a PET Scan of my body and to see the breast surgeon.
I feel good mentally, spiritually and physically.I will continue doing my daily walks and increasing my heart rate up.

Great to hear you are in good Spirits ! That is something we have control over well.. to a certain degree….Always good to know what the treatment will be and I hope all gets approved.
Also good to hear about yr physical exercises. In may 2021 i was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer grade three, stage one, and have now been declared “ cured”…during the whole time I have continued and stepped up my exercises, strength/ endurance and also walking, and there is increasing evidence that is helpful for us! I will never let that go again.
I don t know if you already have founds info on the internet, and i add the site that has really helped me and still does amongst others…..
It is an American site : Breastcancer.org and i could access it from new zealand where i lived. Now living in netherlands and i can still access it.
Also on utube are a lot of clips of people who during their active treatment, chemo and radiation, continued their exercises. Seeing that inspired me to do a similar “ thing” although i did nt go to a gym.
And i have to say that both radiation, operation and chemo were not half as challenging as i anticipated…but that of course is very personal and depends on yr expectation.
Of course we are all different and you might have found alternative info.
I wish you all the very best with all that s ahead of you. Get and accept all the help that is offered to you. Much love
