I am the founder/president of cancer nonprofit Annie Appleseed Project. I have always believed that Lifestyle matters. Many studies support this and here is another one. Personally I was diagnosed in Jan 1993 and couldn't do chemo. Uh oh. So I changed my life. Had recurrences but every single other tumor (than the first) grew slower than normal cells. I ate ORGANIC, exercised, took dietary supplements, did acupuncture, jin shin jyutus and hoped for the best (pre-Internet).
I like probiotics (need to keep track of which strains, then change up for a month after the first 3 months), Resveratrol, green tea, CoQ10. For my own needs - magnesium, gingko biloboa and a few others. I also make a 'green drink' in the am. And add flaxseeds/oil daily.
Thanks for posting! My center likes to erase my supplements from my records. I really believe that’s why positive findings on supplements aren’t out there. I was taking Essiac tea after 2 1/2 years of a stand still with conversation treatment. Essiac tea showed up on my chart till May of last year when I had a bone scan that showed no evidence of disease. So after 6 months of being on my chart, Essiac tea and lipsomal vitamin c disappear! 😱 I can’t help thinking this is why more evidence isn’t out there. It’s not that it doesn’t exist...it’s just getting erased by people that want to sell chemo and don’t care about my long term health! 😢
Greetings : Thank-you for all that you do to get the natural modality information out to our sister/warriors. I hope/pray our warriors, and their loved ones keep an open mind to natural modalities. I take almost 35 customized natural supplements in a 24 hour day, half in the daytime, and the other half at night . I follow, and eat by a book called Blood type/Body type diet, by Joseph Christiano. I do Interval training , and light weight training 2-3 times a week. I was misdiagnosed for almost a year in 2006, and when I was properly diagnosed with TNB I then had 10 of my 12 lymph nodes fully cancer involved. I was told in August 2007 by the Oncology chemotherapy Dr, that I would not live to see 2009, and that he was going to buy me some time, by giving me the aggressive chemotherapy, and radiation treatments. Well 12 years later after many scans, and blood tests ,as of a year ago I still have NED. I am also a Christian believer who loves the Lord, and eats from God's green earth. I pray for Health , and Happiness for my sisters/warriors/over-comers , and their loved ones. Amen. Happy 2020 New Year XoXoXo
