As promised through another post with a question about soy for breast cancer patients and survivors, I am attaching here the first page of 3 photos of the 3-page handout I received from my cancer center's dietician the other day. The website allows only one photo at a time, so I have to post 3 separate posts. Basically, the paper says that the latest research shows that unprocessed forms of soy is ok to eat, such as edamame, soymilk, tofu and tempeh. However, we should avoid soy supplements and isoflavone-enriched powders.
