It is possible by using a steroid cream prescribed by your doctor
Hi It can be difficult sometimes to stretch the frenulum some steroid cream that your doctor can prescribe should help especially to stretch the foreskin. The frenulum can break during sex it has happened to many guy's using lubrication would help.
