OCD, Bipolar 2 diagnosed... strange sexual obsessions or urges that are definitely taboo have been circling around my head, dreams, images, up to actually physically being aroused. All the while not disgusted or feel like these acts shouldn't happen and excited about one day following through. Not about children, forcing acts, or invading ones privacy at all. I understand about the intrusive sexual thoughts but the fact I don't feel guilty afterwards, up to the point where I've actually confessed the thoughts?

Is it not normal for people to have sexual thoughts and fantasies to the point of erection? I have had this all my life.

I think it’s fine as long as you are aware what they are and if they are wrong you don’t act on them. I have them and enjoy masterbating thinking about whatever I’d like some things some might find disturbing, like Jayjay888 mentioned
