You won’t be the first or last person to masturbate at work, and yes, I’ll admit to having done it myself. Make sure you consider your work environment and the other people in it as you don’t want someone else to be offended or to find yourself on the end of a disciplinary procedure or worse. If you have your own private workspace then it’s probably okay, but if you work in an open plan environment then you can’t be bashing away at an erection!
If it’s driven by anxiety then it’s probably best to address the source of that problem by talking to a professional. Masturbation may alleviate the symptoms but it won’t solve the underlying cause.
Been there before. When we get anxious I think sometimes it’s hard to differentiate being being anxious or horny. I’ve been in that situation before, I usually end up jacking off , and then I’m fine. For me when I’m around any guys it makes me nervous. Totally normal to nut when anxious.
For me tho I seem to have a fetish, I love wearing jeans and my work boots cuz quick unzip whip it out rub one out then zip up and good to go haha
