Is it due to surgery? In my case, it is not the same thing but I have a dry ejaculation after the complete removal of my prostate. Visually, it's the same as you, semen no longer spurts from the penis at the time of orgasm, it's very different from before
I developed this. It’s a side effect of tamsulosin. Happens about 50% of the time. Feels like a “snap” in my perineal area when it happens. Weird, but not unpleasant.
