Advise on chlamydia

I am not sure what I have got however I am not sure if I have chlamydia infection.

I did have unprotected sex about a week ago and I came on my period straight after, but obviously I am unsure if this was my period because my periods aren't normally this heavy because I am on the implant. I had sex with the same person a couple of days ago and today when I have been to the toilet it burns when I pee and I have come on my period again after having a couple of days off from the bleeding.

I know everyone is different but does this sound like I have chlamydia or something else?
