Hello, I'm 22 and i have herpes type 2. I became very stressed out for having sex and starting new relashionships. I don't know whether i should tell my partner or not. Its really freaking me out and i can not stop blaming my self for this.

Not if your in the UK. Psycho Narc ex gave me herpes on purpose (didn't disclose). You can't take legal proceedings as it's proving it. They don't even test for herpes via blood in the UK only if you have an outbreak and only then. I think if the UK caught up with America and tested it would let a lot of people who are walking around infected but have never had an outbreak make wiser choices when getting into a sexual relationship. My advice is be honest with your partner, if you know you have it and don't disclose then your a shit in my opinion. I've got it and it's ruined my health since contracting it, it isn't merely a skin condition there are other factors the medical world seem to gloss over. You may have ruined your relationship by not being honest which I hope is a lesson for the future about being honest with sexual partners, your being stressed is guilt.
