Hey! If your talking actual sex or masturbating this is what I’d recommend. Start out slow, go at it a little bit and stop a few minutes. Then go at it more this time speed up alittle, then stop. Then slow then stop then continue. Build it up before you actually ejaculate. It will get better though. Your young dude, it’ll get better
