Kinda means what you mean by 'bind' MA. Generally, it's a matter of preference. I shave because of issues such as hygiene - hair does tend to collect debris and create ideal conditions for microbes - and sexual sensitivity is increased. Whatever, a lot of people, male and female do for their own reasons. I feel there is more behind your query than just a casual enquiry. I developed a urology problem and having a permanent catheter meant it was important to prevent urinary infections. A very good reason why I continue to shave.
