Blood after having a -no intercourse- sex

I was with my GF 3 days ago and we had some anal play. We also had direct contact between my penis and her vagina but from the outside.

2 days later we found a blood spot in her panties. What could be the reason behind this bleeding? noting that it only toke place 2 days after we were together.

Am quiet sure i did not mess with her virginity because we did not go any deep.

Your assistance is really appreciated.

Thanks a lot

I’ll start by ruling out the obvious could it be her period?

Did you actually have penetrative sex?

No her period will be in minimum 10 days from now.

No as well, no penetration, but my penis was in direct contact with her vagina from the outside.

Thank you for your reply
