Swelling of anus

Hello everyone, I am male 24 . From the last whole month I have been getting blood in my stool. And these are not just patches of blood, thr quantity is a lot. And I started taking medicines consulting genral doctors but it didn't stopped. Now I have changed diet, increased my water intake, lotsbof fibre and all..the stool is now soft but the blood hasn't stopped. Recently I started getting pain while passing stool, and when I checked the area around my anus was swollen up..inside and outside both.. I don't know what to do.can someone help me with this..

Does not look horribly swollen to me. Do you think you may have haemorrhoids?

I believe I have.. as there is bleeding and because of swelling it pains

I don’t know where you live, but in the UK a General Surgeon would band them as an outpatient procedure.

Your picture doesn’t look too bad at all, but the blood in your stool is troubling. If it’s bright red, good news is it’s probably just from hemorrhoids—which can be surgically repaired, but you’re doing the right thing by increasing fiber and water intake. If you take any NSAIDS you should probably check with your doctor and change to something else, since those can cause bleeding. If the blood is dark red, definitely get to the doctor ASAP, since the source would be much higher up inside your colon—keep in mind I’m not a doctor, but I have had surgery to remove my hemorrhoids and doing well. You can try an over the counter hemorrhoidal remedy or a cool cloth with a little bit of cold saline solution on the area or something cool to ease any swelling, but it’s best to check with your doctor.
