We are pleased to invite you to the Sheffield Northern General Hospital ICD Support Group meeting, taking place at the Medical Education Centre (MEC) Northern General Hospital (near Chesterman building), on Wednesday 20 September 2023 from 10.30am to 1.30pm.

This group is for patients who have an implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) to meet with other patients, and to provide support for patients with an ICD. Light refreshments will be provided. Places are limited, therefore there is a maximum of one friend/relative to attend with each patient.

We do hope to see as many of you there as possible.

If you are interested in joining, please email Patient Services with the subject ‘Sheffield ICD meeting': info@heartrhythmalliance.org
