I had a suprise attack at 4 a.m. Although there is a family history, I had no warning. The emergency services were excellent and I received 2 stents the next day and need a 3rd in a months time.
However since then my chest aches all the time. Is this usual ? I don't have a Doctor's appointment untill the 19th October. Should I be worried ?

Hi, my advice is get it checked out. A&E are great, i've been back 3 times since my attack on 31 July. They always state they rather see me if concerned.
BUT don't panic. I don't know your history but for me i have CPR trauma thus damaged muscle, cartlidge & maybe ribs! 9 weeks later but i still get on and off and still worry!
Hi I had 1 stent put in place back in Feb and every now and then I get a ache or pain in my chest. I was told that it's your body getting used to having the stents put in place. But like the previous comment go to a and e just for your own piece of mind. I know that it is easier said than done but try not to get anxious and worry it's going to take time.
