I am now 48 had three heart attacks and had a stent . I now have lvsd left ventricular systolic disfunction (heart failure) I am still working but feel dreadful most days and take large amounts of tablets. When I say feel awful I mean both legs swelling and problems breathing .I work shifts and am informed my heart issues are hereditary as my father died of a heart attack aged 48 will I ever feel any better

I am so sorry Alan, it is so hard to function when your heart isn't working as it should. I'm sorry you have to keep working when your body needs rest to heal. I hope your doctors find the right medicines to help you have a better quality of life soon.
