Hi

I have recently been diagnosed with Sarcoidosis although I believe it started 4 years ago and was treated mistakenly for adult onset Asthma. I have recently undergone a lung biopsy and VATS Procedure to rule out any carcinoma of the lung as my lungs have widespread nodularity. They have now confirmed it is sarcoid and not cancer so hugely relieved at this. It has been a long 6 months to get a diagnosis with many scans and procedures. I have started high dose steroids which are giving me terrible insomnia but I noticed one lady on here switched to taking them in the evening rather than the morning in order to help with the insomnia so i am going to try this.
