Hi all, I'm sure you will understand that as an administrator of this forum I have a duty to try to minimise adverts etc which could be trying to exploit you, the members. It was with this in mind that I put up my earlier message i.e. I needed to check that the link provided was ok and was not pretending to be something it isn't. I had not been contacted in advance of the link being posted so just needed to check it. However, the explanation provided above has gone some way in explaining the purpose of the group. I will therefore leave the link up on this page.
Glad to know Daragh you are watching out for us. Seems this group posted in the questions is an ok group, if those who look on here wish so to join...
I am pleased too Daragh is looking out for us all. Well as you know my carrot cake is in the oven! I could supply the cake but wow coffee is way off the list as that would send my RLS ballistic and it's bad now. I am looking into the sugar too though I don't drink tea or coffee as caffeine makes my RLS worse. What caught my attention was "invisible illness". I often feel like that with RLS and am sure others do. We can't go along for a blood test to be diagnosed only a sleep laboratory and there are only two in the UK. I don't see an answer to Romany's question on the other invisible illnesses. Better get back to my soup in my bid to get through another night with no sleep and so far the first without the meds kicking in at all.
