I had always assumed that Restless Leg Syndrome was only at night, is that true?

During the day if I stand still my legs feel like rubber, get a little shaky. Don't know if it is my PD or RLS.

I don't know enough about PD to comment but it doesn't sound like RLS to me. What I can confirm from experience is that you can definitely suffer from RLS during the daytime.

Thank you, that is helpful.

On RLS (I dont have PD what is PD?). I have noted over the years that it can start at 3pm, 7pm, or 10pm. As a rule, I find its most common at night however its not limited to sleep times.

Although this is only my version, I have also become aware that RLS has many ways to make your own life a misery!!! Ironic lol

My legs only bother me when standing still and sometimes at night (why I am typing at 2:50am.)

I suffer at night, or if I am on a flight! The worst is on a flight if I have an alcoholic drink, then I think I am going to go crazy with it, especially sitting next to someone who wonders what you are doing jigging your legs about all the time! At night, I go to bed, and after about 20 minutes, the jerks, or urge to move my leg starts. I had it worse when I was pregnant, but it is worse at night now I am older, aged 59. My Dad suffered with it all his life, but he eventually had Parkinson's Disease.

I am finding that exercise is helpful.

My Willis-Ekbom disease (RLS) and peripheral neuropathy are primarily at 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM phenomenon but as I have aged, it can bother me anytime. It also affects my arms, back, and even my face once. This is the nature of the disease and it progression over time.
