I know that there are people here who manage their RLS with LDN. I just became aware of a drug thats been on the market since 2014 or thereabouts that combines Wellbutrin and naltrexone. (I'm probably late to the party.) In the US it's Contrave and across the pond in the EU it's Mysimba. It's marketed for weight loss. Be aware, however, that it is not LDN. It calls for a whopping 32 mgs of naltrexone a day.

UK safety advice: "Naltrexone/bupropion (Mysimba®): risk of adverse reactions that could affect ability to drive (August 2019)
An EU cumulative review of worldwide data has found naltrexone with bupropion to be commonly associated with dizziness or somnolence, and rarely with loss of consciousness or seizure. These can affect the ability of patients to drive, operate machinery, or perform dangerous tasks, particularly at the start of treatment or during the dose titration phase. Healthcare professionals are advised to inform patients of these adverse effects and to avoid such tasks until they are resolved."
Used as an aid to combat obesity. Each tablet contains 8 mg naltrexone, 90 mg bupropion: recommended dose in the UK up to 3 tablets a day, reducing to 2 tablets a day for maintenance
