Yes. Diphenhydramine worsens RLS.All sedating anti histamines and sedating cough & cold meds worsen RLS.

Zofran, zoplicone and suvorexant are RLS safe but only available on prescription in the UK.

rls.org has a list of trigger meds and so does RLS-UK website under 'Medications to avoid'.

Melatonin. It worsens RLS for most people.
