I’m so proud of myself as I’m now down to .5mg of Ropinarol which I take at night.. The withdrawal side effects I’m getting are less strong than when I was on 4mg so I was definitely suffering from augmentation.

Thank you for your support folks. I tried once before and failed

Keep going folks and those of you who are trying to come off a DA reduce when you feel able to. I listened to my body including my brain. That’s hard to explain but I’m now able to begin processing my thoughts which I lost the ability to do.

I will handle it. It’s been difficult and often very difficult but I’m determined. Thank you Jools x

Kudos. It seems you have the right spirit. I hope the last bits - usually the hardest - will not be too bad.

Will you try to go without meds? Or do you have alternatives ready ?
