Hi if any one has any idea or experiences about the prescription drug hyoscyamine sulf if it exacerbates restless leg? I'd appreciate for your reply. Thanks for advance. My doctor prescribe it for my interstitial cystitis flare up.

I can't find anything that says it makes RLS worse.

It’s a serotonin antagonist so it should be ok for most folks, weirdly I don’t tolerate it as I seem to have a deeper problem with serotonin metabolism.

Thanks Typicallygaslit, I appreciate for your reply. By the way when you mean you don't tolerate it is because it exacerbates the RLS symptoms?

It seemed to do that, yes. I experience problems with serotonin antagonists AND agonists, can’t win! But you’ll have to try it to know if you’re equally sensitive. you may well not be if you don’t have equally poor serotonin metabolism.
