My comes and rls

I know mucinex will aggravate rls, but living in Florida, my allergies are terrible. Just regular allergy meds,don't do anything. I need a decongestant as I get slot of mucus in my throat,pressure headaches and get naseaus from the post nasal drip. Is there a decongestant that won't bother my rls? Something similar to !mucinex since this works well. Thanks for any advice.

Plain mucinex is OK for RLS.

For your allergies and mucus - you may want to try Mullein Tea. Also the supplement NAC (N-Acetyl-Cysteine) also has been shown to be effective for breathing issues. Both should have no effect on RLS.
