The UK's Health Service is broken
The weather is very humid which makes my RLS much worse
@My skin is burning all over I have bathed in cold water which helps for about three minutes after which my RLS takes over
I walk around five miles three days a week and this doesn't ease my RLS
I sympathise so much with fellow sufferer's who have this horrible disease
