Use of opioids for Ropinirole withdrawal

I am starting to reduce the amount of Ropinirole I take by small amounts. I note that a low dose opioid can help with the withdrawal symptoms. My withdrawal RLS symptoms start during the morning and I'm trying not to take any ropinirole until the evening, in order to help my sleep. Will taking a low dose opioid, such as Codeine 30mg, help my daytime symptoms or when is it best employed?

It should help. Take it right before you expect the withdrawal symptoms to begin.

It depends on when you want cover?

Do you need the sleep-- or a clear day? Or both, depending on how much the prescription allows.
