Tramadol,I have been on them for years,to be perfectly honest the body gets used to them and I have to top up with paracetamol. I am disabled but will neve4 give in,they tell me I shouldn't be walking but I do my best to prove them wrong,I'm losing the battle now,but again it's been worth it.

Tramadol can cause problems for RLS.Have you considered trying methadone or Buprenorphine?
I know Bart's MS team prescribe methadone for RLS.
Blessings to you and just maybe try a few other meditations to see if it works out better for you.💜
