Yes, I have tried it for tight muscles and fibromyalgia. I didn't feel like it was right for me. It mucked around with my mental acuity and made me struggle with everyday activities

Yes. Very commonly used for MS. I've always refused it for my MS because I know it doesn't work well. My sister was on it for years and it was pretty ineffective. She now uses medical cannabis to great effect.

This report from 2023 compiles the case reports that used Baclofen. There were around 9 single reports of using baclofen.

As with all 'off label' prescribing for RLS, it may help or it may make RLS worse.

How are you coping with the withdrawals?

Violent leg jerks are common during the final withdrawal stage from a dopamine agonist. If your doctor is thinking of prescribing baclofen for the leg jerks/kicks, it would be better to wait or to use medical cannabis.

Stay strong. Every day off dopamine agonists will allow your brain to start settling and healing. It can take a while to find the right meds, but you will get there.

Yes. I was in given it when I hurt my back. For me, it was useless. Others tell me it worked wonders for their back pain.

I was prescribed Baclofen for Reflux which made no sense. I did take it and lost muscle control. I was dropping cups and glasses and couldn’t hold on to almost anything. I also fell and suffered a subdural hematoma. Finally discovered that Baclofen was the cause. I will never take again. Very dangerous given by a specialist who gave me inappropriate medication.
