I have now been in Pragabalin for some time, starting off on a low dose, I’m now on 400mg the last increase was last week from 350mg, it only seems to work for a couple of weeks before it needs increasing.
I’ve been on Pramaprexile for a lot of years before it stopped working, then gabapentin I couldn’t cope with the side effects now Pragabalin, any idea where I go from here, I get worried about increasing and increasing the dose of pragabalin.

If it works for a couple of weeks then there is hope and you just haven't found the right dose yet. However ask for 25 mg pills so if you again have to increase you can do so by 25 mg. You can go as high as 600 mg.
It's a difficult one. If it works, then stops, it must be frustrating to keep increasing the dose.If an increase to 450mg doesn't work, I would review with your doctor.
I tried pregabalin for 5 mths till I got to 450mg but it didn't work for me. Now I take 5mg methadone which is working OK with only occassional mild RL breakthroughs.
