Travel sickness

Hi all,Can anyone advise on what I could safely take for travel sickness on a long haul flight without aggravating my RLS?

Kwells (Quells) or Travel Calm. Both are OTC.

I was recently prescribed Zofran for nausea. It worked fairly quickly with no side effects and it didn’t cause me to be restless.

Not sure if it will work with motion sickness.
