hi, I also have serious back problems, with worn out fascia joints and bulging disc resting on a nerve. Also 2 fractures in last 12 months.
My steroid injection didn’t help but my neighbors did so be hopeful. My rls from my back is clearly different from my normal rls. My back wakes me after only 2 hrs sleep and this type is related to how I sleep and my back but my rls before bed presents itself differently.
hi everyone i havent had my injection yet couldnt get it done until 29th i am now down to 1/2 of a 125mg sifrol pill. my fourth nite i am struggling to sleep paracetamol and codeine doc gave me only lasts a couple of hours then RLS breaks thru. ive had bad sessions in the day time too .the pill is 30 mg codeine and 500 mg paracetamol would it be safe to take another after two hours. my relation from uk brought some cocodamol with her which she bought over the counter in uk only 8mg of codeine tho.she left me a strip xxx i had a blood test today after doc upped my thyroxene pill i have to see her again on 31st i might be able to get another script for twenty codeine +++pills . i live in hope i am taking lyrica 75mg 3 times today love and safe keeping to you all thank you for being there xxx
