RLS journey- question of pain…

Hi Survivors

Very quick question from me:

Currently upped my Pregabalin to 100mg and so far so good. As I’ve said in previous posts, it isn’t a silver bullet but it’s helping.

Insomnia is harder to kick to the curb but I’ve noticed that I’m not waking with jumpy legs but with random pain. This could be a dull ache in my hips or a sharp pain in my shoulders.

It does go off with opioids / pain killers (I also have fibromyalgia) so this interferes with sleep. Has anyone else had similar experiences??

Thank You

If I sleep well I often wake with aches in waist or shoulders which I had assumed was the fact that I had lain in one position for a long time without the usual twitching and restless movements. Normally this goes away once I’m up and about and it’s not medication because I don’t take any.
