Buprenorphine dosage.

Hi Sue,

Just been prscribed Morphine Sulphate and to take 1.25ml twice a day orally.

Unfortunately this amount is not doing anything to take my symptoms away?

Any advice is greatly appreciated asap please.

As Joolsg said in your last post the Mayo Clinic Algorithm on Restless Legs say the usual effective dose is 15-45mg daily.

Your dose is too low.Increase it gradually until you find a dose that is effective. I take 12.5mls of oramorph now. I began with 7mls which was effective for a long time.
