Hi.......I've been on this forum for 3 years and find it invaluable.Does anyone know if Beza fibrate is bad for restless legs. I'm borderline having high cholesterol due to my parents having it, I couldn't tolerate the statins so was prescribed this.

Thank you

As far as I know it is safe for RLS.

The cause of your high LDL is the same as the caise of your RLS namely e, cessive consuption of carbphydratss especially sugar and refined starch. Change your diet and you won't have to worry about meds.

I just had my 6 mo. cholesterol test results - dropped TC from 205 to 181 and LDL from 142 to 109. Mostly plant based with low carbohydrate and near zero simple carbohydrates. Also supplements: Berberine, Pantethine (900mg/day), Citrus Bergamot, and Artichoke Extract. Statins did not agree with me at all.
