Here is a link to some explanation on the whole theory/science of NAD+ precursors. Basically "... aberrant NAD+ production is observed in many diseases, particularly those that are age-related like cardiovascular and neurodegenerative diseases." So, it MIGHT have some positive outcome for RLS.
