Well that was an interesting night and not at all what I was expecting. And if it didn't go well, maybe it was my fault. You can decide.
Took one x 3000 mg at 7.30 and a second tablet at 9.30. Went to bed at 11.0 and woke at 12.30 with aching legs. Got up another two times during the night. At 5.00 I fell asleep and slept until 10.00.
Here comes the confession: to celebrate sleeping the previous night I had a beer (the first in 2 months). I also had some chocolate and a packet of crisps. You can see where I am going with this. Did the poor food choice have a part to play?
This morning I woke feeling OK, but with really weak legs. Over the last two years I have had 2 ankle fusions and had to learn to walk again. The operations went well, but I do wonder whether I am suffering some lasting fatigue and the RLS is part of this? I really haven't a clue.
PS: there will be no beer and chocolate tonight. Let's see if that makes a difference
