Recently purchased an electronic muscle stimulator for exercising. Have suffered many years with RLS chronic arms and legs .I have discovered that using ems arm /leg stimulation when I get an attack stops it dead in its tracks. I use a few minutes of low to medium stimulation and it goes. works for me ,been on meds for years (sifrol) still taking them ,but am able to not increase my dose . EMS ARE CHEAP AROUND $50 WELL WORTH THE Expense Gets RID OF BELLY FAT AS well. First thing in years that works ,hope it works for you .
